The terms and policy are applicable for all clients of Happy Family Travel.
Booking Conditions
Day Tours
Happy Family Travel Sdn. Bhd confirms a booking when it is fully paid by client. Establishment of contract between Happy Family Travel Sdn. Bhd and client will be done once we received booking and full payment.
Multi Day Tours
Happy Family Travel Sdn. Bhd confirms a booking when it is fully paid by client, or an agreed deposit has been paid. Establishment of contract between Happy Family Travel Sdn. Bhd and client will be done once we received booking and full payment.
Client Responsibility
Please read and agree to the terms and conditions upon booking confirmation. You will be advised that you are physically fit to follow programmes and activities prepared by Happy Family Travel Sdn. Bhd. Should you need any assistance regarding this, please contact one of our Tour Advisor.
Parents and/or legal guardians take responsibility of damages caused by passengers they are responsible for.
Our Liability & Compensation
Happy Family Travel Sdn. Bhd will accept liability for the negligence of its employees causing direct physical injury to passengers only to the extent that it is obligated under Malaysian law. Happy Family Travel Sdn. Bhd cannot be held responsible for any mishap to yourself or your property, and/or in particular for the consequences of flight cancellations, vehicle accidents, strikes, sickness, government, customs ot police intervention or other such happenings amounting to force majeure.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings with Happy Family Travel Sdn. Bhd carry at least 10% cancellation fee (Subject to terms and conditions). This fee does not apply of Happy Family Travel Sdn. Bhd cancels the booking. Cancellation request must be made in writing (email, fax or letter).

Changes and Cancellation by Happy Family Travel Sdn. Bhd
We reserved the right to change any of the programmes or activities described in our website or brochures. We also reserved the right to cancel the booking due to weather and/or other conditions. Should there is any changes, we will inform our clients at the earliest possible date. When a mojor changes or cancellation occurs, you will have the choice of accepting the change of arrangement, purchasing another available tour from us or cancelling your tour with full refund in respect of the tour price. We will not refund any personal expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as flight payments for land tours, travel insurance, equipment purchases, visas, vaccinations etc.
Changes Fee
Any changes request by clients after confirmation booking are subject to changes fee.
